The
Brianna Wiest
I have never been shy about two things: my dislike of most self-help books in the market; and my struggles with mental health.
It almost seemed like divine intervention if I actually believed in that sort of thing sent me this book. However, it came to me when I needed it.
What drew me to it was the thesis: that self-sabotage comes from unresolved issues. That the goal wasn’t to solve past traumas, but to recognize that they were coming to the surface, and how to counter them in the moment.
If you struggle with self-sabotage, I encourage you to go give this book a look.
