Refund Policy
E.H. Howard Refund & Cancellation Policy
At E.H. Howard we aim to operate fairly and reasonably while protecting the time and work that goes into our products and services. Because our offerings include both scheduled live sessions and digital downloads, different policies apply to each.
By purchasing any product or service from E.H. Howard, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Live Sessions, Coaching, and Mini Course Appointments
Live sessions, consultations, and scheduled course meetings require reserving time that cannot easily be reassigned on short notice. For that reason, the following cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
48 hours or more before the scheduled session
Full refund.
24–47 hours before the scheduled session
50% refund.
12–23 hours before the scheduled session
25% refund.
Less than 12 hours before the session or failure to attend (no-show)
No refund.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the appropriate contact form or support channel.
E.H. Howard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reschedule sessions or provide alternate accommodations when reasonable.

Digital Products & Downloadable Content
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
• Units
• Reviews
• Review Books
• Basics
• Worksheets
• Guides
• Other downloadable educational materials
All digital products sold through the E.H. Howard Bookstore are delivered as PDF files.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
Refund Options
Approved requests may result in:
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
The method of refund will be determined by E.H. Howard at its sole discretion.

Conditions for Refund Requests
Refund requests may be approved if there is a legitimate issue with the product or if circumstances warrant consideration.
Examples of possible qualifying situations include:
A product that materially differs
from the description provided
Technical problems that prevent
reasonable use of the product
E.H. Howard reserves the right to determine whether a refund request is valid based on the information provided.
Refund requests based solely on personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind may be declined.

Each product page on the E.H. Howard website provides information describing the item being purchased, including (where applicable):
• file format
• page count
• supported devices
• software requirements
• any usage limitations
These descriptions constitute the complete representation of the product being sold.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.
Technology Limitations
Technology and device compatibility may change over time. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
purchasing a device that does not
support the file format
operating system updates affecting compatibility
manufacturer firmware changes
All digital products are provided as PDF files compatible with any standard PDF reader or web browser.

Replacement Downloads
If a purchased file becomes corrupted or unusable during normal use, customers may contact support to request a replacement download link.

Abuse of the Refund Policy
Refund and return privileges are intended to support legitimate issues.
E.H. Howard reserves the right to refuse refund requests or restrict future purchases if, in our sole judgment, a customer is abusing the refund system.
Submitting a Refund Request
Refund requests must be submitted through the E.H. Howard sales or support contact form within the applicable refund period.
When submitting a request, please include:
• the product purchased
• the purchase date
• the reason for the request
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of E.H. Howard.
